As a therapist, I bring a unique perspective to my work. My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, creative, and collaborative. I do not view people as an assembly of problems and issues but as complicated human beings struggling with life’s challenges. I believe that every person has the potential to overcome their challenges and achieve their desired outcomes. My role is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight into their behavioural patterns, and develop the skills and strategies they need to lead more satisfying lives.

Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, or simply feeling stuck in your personal or professional life, I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth. I utilize evidence-based techniques such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive-behavioural Therapy, Existential Therapy, Mindfulness, Art Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and more. I tailor my approach to meet everyone’s unique needs and goals.

I am a member of the Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT) and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO).
